Christmas Delivery Information

Our offices are closed from 5pm on Friday 21st December until Wednesday 2nd January 2019.

Orders placed by Midday on Friday 21st December will be dispatched prior to Christmas, orders placed after this time will not be sent until Wednesday January 2nd 2019

UK Deliveries

Orders placed by Wednesday 19th December will be delivered prior to Christmas*

Orders placed between Thursday 20th December and midday Friday 21st December will be dispatched but we cannot guarantee delivery prior to Christmas day

Orders placed after this time will not be sent until Wednesday January 2nd 2019

International Deliveries

Orders placed before midday Friday 21st December will be dispatched but we cannot guarantee delivery prior to Christmas day

* Our delivery times are based on estimates provided by couriers, we cannot take responsibility for delays that are out of our control or nobody being home to accept the parcel and recommend ordering as early as possible

Shipping

Goods are dispatched the next working day following payment. Please allow 7 days for delivery (UK Only) although we endeavour to get items to you sooner than that. Depending on the item ordered you item will be sent via Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD.

Returns

You have a 14 day(unless otherwise stated) money back guarantee, so if for any reason you wish to return your item within this time period please follow the below instructions

  • Fill in the returns information on your dispatch note that you received with the item. Pack up your item and enclose the full dispatch note for identification-items returned without dispatch note will not be refunded.
  • Ensure your item is in its original condition with all packaging-Global Product may charge a restocking fee for any items that are missing parts/packaging or not in original condition
  • Return the parcel to Bio Energiser, Unit 2, Frederick Road, Hoo Farm Industrial Estate, Kidderminster, DY11 7RA. All parcels must be returned at your own expense-we advise a tracked service and keeping hold of your postage receipt until you have received your refund. Parcels will remain your responsibility until they are received and inspected by ourselves, we cannot refund items lost by the carrier
  • We are unable to offer a collection service or send a returns label, should you wish to use Hermes, please book this at myhermes.co.uk any return that is not paid for will not arrive with us so would be unable to refund. If you do not have internet access we recommend using the Post Office
  • Upon inspection we will issue you a refund of the item cost, refunded back to the method you paid. Please allow 7 working days from us receiving your item in order to receive a refund
